Harrison Lieberfarb

Partner
At the early stage, having the right investors around the table can define a company's trajectory. We believe that the right partner is hands-on and ready to add value across multiple dimensions. I’m passionate about being a true partner to our founders, collaborating with them at every stage along their journey to becoming category leaders.

Since joining Canvas in August 2020, Harrison has worked closely with founders to manage complex market dynamics and build resilient, growth-oriented teams. His experience helping companies across stages stems from his time at SoftBank, where he helped launch SoftBank's Latin America Fund and worked closely with high-growth companies navigating periods of rapid expansion. He also supported SoftBank’s operationally intensive investments in WeWork and SoFi.

Before SoftBank, Harrison honed his deal-making expertise on Yelp’s Business and Corporate Development team, where he signed over a dozen marketplace and content licensing partnerships. He began his career in investment banking at Evercore.

Harrison holds a BA in Science, Technology, and Society from the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in San Francisco with his wife, daughter, and vizsla.
