Paul has held senior commercial leadership roles at three pioneering digital health companies that reshaped healthcare delivery. As SVP Hospital Solutions and Chief Revenue Officer at Doximity (NYSE: DOCS) from 2017 to 2024, he built and led the revenue organization through the company's successful IPO. As SVP Enterprise at One Medical from 2013 to 2017, he established the company's employer and health system partnership strategy. And as Regional VP and SVP of Sales at Epocrates from 2002 to 2012, he helped scale the company from early stage through its IPO and eventual acquisition by Athena Health.
His experience driving commercial success across multiple healthcare verticals - from pharma and biotech to employers, payers, and hospital systems - gives him unique insight into healthcare stakeholder dynamics and go-to-market execution. Paul's passion for digital health innovation began early in his career when he helped develop one of the first digital physician data collection platforms for pharma using Palm Pilots, showing him firsthand how well-designed digital solutions could transform healthcare efficiency.
Paul holds a BA in Communications from the University of Georgia. He lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, two daughters and their mini-bernedoodle named Luna.
